The International Tennis Federation (ITF) has confirmed that Nigeria will host Uzbekistan in the 2026 Davis Cup World Group II Playoffs, scheduled for 6–8 February 2026.
Team Nigeria qualified after a strong outing at the Africa Group III event in Harare, Zimbabwe, securing promotion alongside Namibia and Senegal.
Uzbekistan, ranked No. 49 and seeded No. 1 in the draw, present a tough challenge, but the Federation is confident in Team Nigeria’s ability to compete at the highest level.
