Grieving father, Samuel Alozie is seeking justice after alleging that his nine-month-old identical twin sons, Testimony and Timothy, died 24 hours after receiving injections at Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State.
The tragedy went viral on Wednesday after Alozie posted a video on TikTok showing the remains of his sons in separate body bags. “This is the result of the immunisation, they killed my twin boys with injections,” the caption partly read.
Speaking in a follow-up video on Thursday, Alozie, using the TikTok handle promise.samuel099, detailed the events that led up to the tragedy.
He stated that he took the boys for routine immunisation on the morning of December 24, 2025.
According to him, the twins became extremely weak immediately after the injections and were unable to eat or play. Despite administering paracetamol as advised by the nurse and bathing them to calm their rising temperature, the twins reportedly died on the morning of Christmas Day, December 25.
He said, “It happened that the immunisation was conducted on December 24, 2025 in the morning. And on the morning of December 25, 2025 they died. After the injection, they were very weak and I gave them paracetamol because the nurse said if the temperature continues, I should give them paracetamol.
“I, and my wife, after we left the health centre, went home and gave the two of them paracetamol, which did not solve anything. We even bathed them. My wife bathed them in cold water. They died on December 25. The two of them died at the same time. And the worst part of it is the drug weakened them to the extent they could not talk, eat or play as usual.”
Alozie raised allegations against staff of the the health centre, claiming that the twins may have been given expired or fake vaccines or an overdose.
He said, “Government has killed my children. The Nigerian government… My twins, my nine-month-old children; they have killed them with their fake injection and vaccine.
“Before you go for immunisation, try to know what they are giving to your child, because I guess this was an overdose or fake drugs.
“Since when I had my children, the highest sickness so far is maybe they get fever or something that maybe I will just give them paracetamol and everything will calm down. My children are strong like me.
“I am just confused. How can I lose two children, identical twins that I suffered so much for? Just nine months, they are not sick, just because I decided to fulfil the righteousness of taking them for immunisation.
“On my own, I decided that I would take them to that place, not that they were sick, because from the first day I gave birth to them, I have been taking them for immunisation.”
He noted that the nurse on duty that day was not the usual official who attended to them. He alleged that the nurse administered deworming tablets to the nine-month-old infants without his consent.
“The funny part of this is that the woman that has been giving us injections was not the one who gave us the injection that day.
“The nurse was even saying that the injection she gave them is what government prescribed for her to give. What about the tablet? You said it is worm medicine that you gave my children.”
The distressed father also rejected preliminary claims from the health centre attributing the deaths to “food bacteria.”
“The nurse is talking about bacteria, food bacteria. She said it is food bacteria that killed my children. How can food bacteria kill a child? Food that I have been giving them from one month to nine months, the food did not kill them. How is it possible?”
While the Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Primary Health Care Board are yet to release an official statement regarding the incident or the specific findings of the autopsy, Alozie expressed deep fear that the results might be manipulated to protect the facility.
Describing the situation as “government to government,” he issued a desperate plea for help.
“Please, if you are a lawyer, a human rights lawyer, please help me. I don’t have a lawyer and you know government issue. If you don’t have anybody, you will not get a better result,” he cried out, citing lack of financial resources to fight the case alone.
“Although the autopsy has been conducted already, but I am scared. I don’t know if this government will give me justice. The primary health centre belongs to government and the people who are even running the case for me are government people.
“I know that they will manipulate this result. They are using fake drugs and vaccines. They will manipulate it to their own favour, but God will punish any doctor or nurse that will manipulate this result. The souls of my children will curse that person.
“If I don’t have finance, I have people. People should help me. I need justice for these children. I have buried them, but I know that their spirit is still not at peace because they died untimely and it was caused by government. I don’t have anybody except God, but I know that he will bring justice to them.”
