All Progressives Congress, APC, Bauchi State chapter, has expressed sorrow over the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing it as a monumental national loss.
This was contained in a condolence statement signed by the State Chairman of the party, Alhaji Muhammad Tilde.
“Today, our hearts are heavy with grief as we bid farewell to a charismatic leader and statesman.
“We remember President Buhari as a champion of democracy, a patriot, the darling of the common man (Talakawa) and a leader committed to national unity, stability and security,” Tilde said.
He praised Buhari’s selfless service and unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s progress, saying his legacy will remain etched in the nation’s collective memory.
The party offered prayers for eternal peace, asking Allah to forgive the late president, comfort his loved ones and grant him paradise (Jannatul Adnin).
