Immediate past Deputy Governor of Osun State and frontline governorship aspirant under the All Progressives Congress ,APC, His Excellency Benedict Olugboyega Alabi ,BOA, yesterday paid a courtesy visit to Alhaji Ganiyu Ibrahim, a former APC chairman in Orolu Local Government, alongside his entourage.
The visit was part of Alabi’s ongoing consultations with party leaders and stakeholders across the state ahead of the 2026 gubernatorial election.
Alabi assures of people oriented programmes as well as good governance if finally becomes the next Osun State Governor saying, “I will not let you people down by God’s Grace”.
During the meeting, Alhaji Ganiyu Ibrahim assured Alabi of the overwhelming support of Orolu people, stressing that the grassroots remain committed to his ambition. He expressed confidence that Alabi’s aspiration will receive divine favor, praying that God grants him victory in the forthcoming political contest.
The meeting was also attended by notable political stakeholders in Orolu, including Adegboye Olawunmi, Orolu Local Government Youth Leader; Adeleke Wasiu; Aremu Taofeek, former Youth Leader of Orolu Local Government; Hassan Salam; Ganiyu Iswan, Ward 4 Exco; Lamidi Badiru Alabere, Local Government Legal Adviser; Kayode Isa; Omooba Oyedokun, Orolu Ward 6 Chairman; and Oluwafemi Samuel, BOA’s Orolu Local Government Coordinator, among others.
