The intending 2027 presidential aspirant of the National Rescue Movement, Oluwadare Joseph Faduri, has declared his intention to contest the 2027 presidential election, pledging to “rescue and rebuild” Nigeria.
Speaking at his declaration event held in Abuja, Faduri criticized what he described as a lack of sincere and people-centered leadership, alleging widespread corruption and mismanagement of public funds.
He said the effects of poor governance cut across ethnic and religious lines and called for courageous, accountable leadership.
The presidential candidate who is sociologist and lincensed nurse from the New York and the current Chief Executive Officer, CEO of F Planet Group USA, lamented that citizen now live in a nation that resembles a jungle, where survival of the fittest has replaced shared prosperity.
He added that while the world is discussing artificial intelligence and technological breakthrough, Candidates are still campaigning with foodstuffs.
He expressed worries about the high rate of youth unemployment, rising security , a struggling economy, a free falling currency and a passport that no longer command respect .
He assured that the country is fixable, noting that nation has lacked sincere, courageous and people oriented leadership .
The presidential hopeful urged supporters to register with the National Rescue Movement, outlining plans to stabilize electricity supply, revive the economy, invest in irrigation and technical education, and rebuild public hospitals.
He pledged to that if given the mandate, his administration will be people first, nation first , while prioritizing restoring economic stability and strengthening the Naira.
The NRM presidential aspirant added that is government will prioritize revitalizing local refining capacity and addressing energy costs .
He also promised reforms in the military and police, support for local manufacturing, and an end to publicly funded medical trips abroad for government officials.
Faduri called on Nigerians at home and in the diaspora to join what he termed a national rescue mission ahead of the 2027 elections.
