The Grassroots Mobilization for APC PBAT Nationwide (PBATGMAPC) has officially declared its endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for re-election in the 2027 presidential election, while also launching a nationwide mobilisation campaign aimed at strengthening grassroots participation and consolidating support for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday in Abuja, the National BOT Chairman of PBATGMAPC Worldwide, Engr. Anthony Adeola Oladejo, described the gathering as more than a political event, but the official unveiling of a structured national movement built on loyalty, patriotism, service, and democratic engagement.
He explained that the initiative is guided by a shared vision of “Mobilizing Nigerian Citizens for Inclusive Governance, Democratic Participation, and APC Victory in 2027,” noting that the group has spent years building strong grassroots structures across communities, wards, and polling units through political education, voter sensitisation, and community engagement.
According to him, PBATGMAPC has established a strong presence across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, reaching local government areas, wards, and polling units, making it one of the most extensive grassroots mobilisation structures within the APC.
Engr. Oladejo also announced the group’s formal recognition as an “A” category APC support organisation following verification of its nationwide structures and contributions to party mobilisation and civic engagement.
At the event, the movement officially endorsed President Tinubu for a second term, stating that the decision was based on conviction, leadership performance, reform agenda, and commitment to the Renewed Hope vision.
“This endorsement is not based on political convenience but on conviction, leadership, reforms, and belief in the Renewed Hope agenda,” he said.
He further declared the immediate commencement of nationwide mobilisation across all geopolitical zones, aimed at increasing voter participation, strengthening political awareness, and ensuring broad-based support for APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
Also speaking, the National Secretary, Dr. Eric Adile Iroajugh, reaffirmed that PBATGMAPC’s mission is to deepen democratic participation and bridge the gap between citizens and government through structured grassroots engagement.
He noted that the movement remains committed to mobilising voters across polling units, wards, and local government areas, while supporting the continued implementation of government policies.
Representatives of the Board of Trustees also restated the group’s readiness to fully engage in nationwide mobilisation, describing PBATGMAPC as a citizens-driven platform committed to strengthening democratic processes and sustaining political stability within the ruling party.
The group reiterated its commitment to working with party stakeholders at all levels, insisting that its mobilisation efforts are aimed at delivering a “people-driven victory” for the APC in 2027.
