Former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, has paid glowing tribute to the Secretary to the Kogi State Government (SSG), Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade, on the occasion of her 60th birthday.
In a congratulatory message made available to AljazirahNigeria on Wednesday, Dr. Aliyu who described Dr. Ayoade as a trailblazer, added that she’s “a symbol of strength and intellect, with an undying commitment to public service.”
She praised the SSG for a journey which she said has inspired many. “Your dedication to the growth and development of our dear state reflects a rare blend of leadership, empathy and excellence, always placing the welfare of our people at the core of your mission,” the former Minister said.
Dr. Aliyu, who holds the traditional titles of Zinariyan Lokoja, Ony’ize of Ebiraland, and Iya baoba seilu of Ekirin Ade, said she was proud of Dr. Ayoade’s strides in leadership, particularly as a role model for women.
“I have watched with pride how you continue to break boundaries and uplift others along the way. As a woman in leadership, you carry not just the dreams of a generation, but the hopes of young girls looking for role models who reflect courage, integrity and purpose,” Aliyu stated.
She further prayed for the celebrant’s continued success in her service to humanity, saying: “May this new chapter of your life bring even more grace, fulfillment and divine strength. As you continue to serve with passion and vision, I pray that the Almighty blesses you with good health, renewed wisdom and endless joy.”
The former minister concluded by affirming that both Kogi State and Nigeria at large are proud of Dr. Ayoade’s achievements. “Kogi is proud of you. Nigeria celebrates you. And history will be kind to you,” she said.
