Youth wing of the Enugu North Senatorial District had congratulated former Governor Ifeanying Ugwuanyi on his appointment as Nigerian ambassador to the Republic of Greece by President Bola Tinubu.
Ugwuanyi was named among newly deployed 65 ambassadors to represent Nigeria in foreign countries.
Reacting to the deployment, the Enugu North senatorial youth wing in a congratulatory message to the former governor, signed by its coordinator, Hon. Harrison Uchechukwu Obochi, prayed God to grant the new ambassador thw wisdom, strength, and good health to discharge the responsibilities and serve Nigeria gloriously as he assumes the noble position.
According to Obochi, who doubles as the national coordinator of the National Forum of 109 APC Senatorial District Youth Leaders, Ugwuanyi’s tenure should be marked by fruitful engagements that lift Nigeria’s image and deepen cooperation with Greece.
“Let this appointment inspire our young people at home — prove that humility, peace, and steadfast service are pathways to greater heights.
“We humbly ask that you carry Enugu North youth along, mentoring and creating opportunities that help them grow into leaders,” the youth leader prayed.
Hrs also used the medium to thank President Tinubu for finding Ugwuanyi, who he described as true son of Enugu North, worthy of service.
Obochi pledged that Enugu North youths would work for the success of the Renewed Hope Agenda and in partnership with Tomorrow Is Here and strive for the betterment of Enugu.
