Palace of the district head of Jalam in Dambam Local Government Area was filled to capacity with sympathisers as they attended the funeral prayer of the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Ahmed Jalam.
Governor Bala Mohammed described Jalam as a trustworthy, committed and dedicated individual and prayed Allah to grant him rest.
He prayed Allah to give the immediate family the fortitude to bear the loss.
Governor Mohammed also paid a condolence visit to the personal residence of the deceased.
