President Bola Tinubu has extended condolences to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, over the death of his mother in-law, Hajiya Asiya Gauyama.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Gauyama died in Kano yesterday.
Tinubu said in a statement by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, thd Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, that the deceased will be missed for her contributions to her family and community as matriarch, guide and leader.
“The President prayed for the repose of the soul of the late Hajiya Asiya Gauyama and comfort for her family”, said the statement.
