…calls for Unity and Peace

The National President of the Licensed Electrical Contractors Association of Nigeria (LECAN), High Chief Vitus Ofodum Ikenna,FSCA,FCE FIMC,CMC, has extended warm congratulations to Muslim faithful across the country on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, urging them to sustain the virtues of sacrifice, discipline, and compassion imbibed during the holy period.
The goodwill message was conveyed in a Sallah statement issued by the National Public Relations Officer (PRO 1) of the association, Engr Abdullahi Ibrahim,MNSE on behalf of the National President and made available to journalists yesterday in Abuja.
The statement also commended Muslims for their dedication and spiritual commitment throughout the fasting period.
High Chief Ikenna emphasized the importance of unity, peaceful coexistence, and national development, noting that the lessons of Ramadan should inspire Nigerians across religious and ethnic divides to work together for the progress of the nation.
He, however stressed that love, tolerance, and mutual respect remain critical in addressing the country’s challenges.
The LECAN President also urged Nigerians to use the Sallah celebration as an opportunity to promote harmony and extend acts of kindness to the less privileged in society.
According to him, the essence of the season lies in sharing, forgiveness, and strengthening bonds within communities.
He further reaffirmed the association’s commitment to contributing meaningfully to national growth, particularly in the power and infrastructure sectors, while wishing all Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration.
