Abuja North Zonal Women Leader of the City Boy Movement, Amb. Sarki Sylvia Yemi, has led a heartfelt outreach with members to break fast with less privileged Muslims in the spirit of Ramadan.
According to Sarki, who said the outreach was with the purpose of sharing kindness with “our Almajiri brothers in Abuja, the initiative reflected the core values of the City Boy Movement and the true spirit of Ramadan, compassion, generosity, and community.
She revealed that the effort had the support and encouragement of the patron of the City Boy Movement, Mr. Seyi Tinubu.
Sarki noted that the initiative reflected Mr Tinubu’s vision of community driven service which had continued to inspire initiatives as being showcased in the outreach.
“It was also made possible through the leadership and support of the FCT director of the City Boy Movement, Hon. Bitrus Lawrence Garki, whose guidance and commitment continue to strengthen the movement and empower leaders to carry out impactful community engagements,” Sarki said.
