Victor Ochei Sends Easter Message of Hope, Resilience to Nigerians

The President of the Nigeria Tennis Federation, Victor Ochei, extends warm Easter greetings to Christian faithful across Nigeria and around the world.
In Easter Felicitation message on Saturday Ochei stated that, Easter symbolizes victory over adversity and the triumph of light over darkness—values that strongly reflect our shared aspirations as a nation.
According to him, as we commemorate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, this sacred season reminds us of the timeless virtues of sacrifice, love, hope, and redemption.
Rt. Hon. Ochei calls on Christians to reflect on the teachings of Christ by embracing unity, peace, and compassion in their daily lives.
He noted that the spirit of Easter should inspire a renewed commitment to nation-building, mutual respect, and selfless service to humanity.
He also urged members of the sporting community, especially within the tennis family, to uphold discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship—qualities that align with the essence of the Easter message.
“Let this Easter rekindle our faith in a better Nigeria and strengthen our resolve to work together in love and harmony for the progress of our dear country,” he said.
