The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has announced a review of fees for the issuance of international passports, doubling the cost of a 32-page passport with five-year validity from N50,000 to N100,000.
In the revised schedule, the fee for a 64-page passport with 10-year validity will also rise from N100,000 to N200,000.
The new charges are expected to take effect from September 1, 2025.
