ADC Charges Members Against Division

Niger State chapter of African Democratic Congress ,ADC, has urged members to be focused, disciplined and avoid division.

The State Chairman of the party, Alh Musa Hassan, stated this over the weekend at its unveiling in Minna, the state capital. 

The event attracted the attendance of all the 25 Local government ADC Chairmen across the state.

He, however, dispelled  the rumour making the round about any possible division  in the state, and advised coalition partners in the state to avoid activities that may undermine the unity of the party in the state.

According to the Chairman, “the unveiling of the party here today in Minna the Niger State Capital is to unite every sons and daughters of Niger State regardless of religion, ethnicity or social status”.

He said the unveiling should not be the end,but needs commitment from all and sundry particularly youth and Women intervention to salvage Niger State and the entire Nigeria from imminent collapse.

In his address the guest lecturer at the occasion,Dr Peter Edeh,who was also the former North Central party Chairman,said good leadership quality lies on the people through voting pattern of money inducement, Nigerians must do away with fear of intimidation,reject greed to build a better Nigeria.

In her submission, the guest of honour,the National assistant youth leader,North Central, Hajiya Hassana Shuaibu Dada was of the opinion that it is now time for Nigerian youth to guide against political manipulation through vote buying and selling for better future of Nigeria.

The Chairman Bosso local government of ADC,Engr Umar Usman commended the state Chairman,Alh Hassan for ensuring the presence of the party in the state.

He expressed optimism that with the coming of ADC there is no doubt Niger State and Nigerians will overcome previous challenges,” our doors are open for anyone to join us and rescue Nigerians from hardships”, Engr Umar re-emphasised.
