The Coordinator of the Uba Sani Campaign Organization, Aminu Zaria, has dismissed allegations by former Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Yusuf Zailani, that leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State are deceiving President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Reacting to Zailani’s claims, Zaria described the allegations as baseless and an attempt to create disunity within the ruling party, insisting that the APC in Kaduna State remains united behind President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani.
According to him, recent endorsements of both leaders by party stakeholders were the outcome of extensive consultations involving party leaders, elected officials, grassroots mobilisers and other critical stakeholders across the state.
He said the endorsement reflected the confidence of party members in the leadership of President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani, as well as their commitment to sustaining the developmental strides being recorded at both the federal and state levels.
It is unfortunate that some individuals who have lost touch with the realities within the party continue to make statements capable of causing unnecessary distractions. The APC in Kaduna State is united and focused on delivering good governance to the people,” Zaria said.
He maintained that Governor Uba Sani has continued to promote inclusive governance, improve security and execute people-oriented projects across Kaduna State, while President Tinubu’s administration remains committed to implementing the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The campaign coordinator further stated that no individual or group could claim exclusive ownership of the party’s political structure, noting that the APC’s strength lies in its broad-based support and collective leadership.
He urged party members to avoid actions and comments capable of undermining the unity of the party and instead channel their energies towards strengthening the APC ahead of future electoral contests.
Zaria also called on supporters of the party to remain steadfast and continue supporting the administration’s efforts to improve the welfare of citizens and accelerate development across Kaduna State.
He reaffirmed the commitment of the Uba Sani Campaign Organization to working with all stakeholders to consolidate the gains of the APC and ensure the continued success of the party in Kaduna State
