Haj. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has congratulated Professor Gbenga Ibileye on his appointment as the fourth substantive Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja, describing it as well deserved and timely.
In a congratulatory message on Thursday, the former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory said the appointment reflects Professor Ibileye’s years of dedication to scholarship and academic excellence.
She noted that his academic background and leadership experience place him in a strong position to move the university forward and strengthen its academic standards.
