In what was an expected news, newly crowned Serie A champions, Inter Milan have announced their partnership with Swedish betting company, Betsson Sport for the next four years.
The logo of the brand will appear on the front of the Nerazzurri shirt, which will also feature the second star for the first time.
The growth of the Inter brand in recent seasons culminated in winning the 2023/24 Scudetto.
This achievement means that Inter will have a second star on their jerseys next season, after winning their 20th Scudetto in the just concluded season, and perhaps played a huge role in reaching an agreement of this magnitude.
While there is a rule banning clubs from having betting sponsors on their front jersey, the company created a special project, the Betsson Sport Club project, an initiative created by Betsson Sport that aims to promote participating clubs.
The betting company that recently celebrated its 60th anniversary last year, will appear on the front of the men’s first team shirts in all of next season’s games.
