Osun State House of Assembly has passed a bill for the establishment of an Electricity Regulatory Commission in the state.
The bill entitled ‘Osun State Electricity Market Regulatory Bill 2025’ was passed at plenary yesterday in Osogbo after its third reading.
The Majority Leader, Mr Kofoworola Adewunmi moved the motion for the third reading of the bill.
Similarly, the Osun State Customary Courts of Appeal Establishment Amendment Bill 2025 and Osun State District Customary Courts and Customary Court Establishment Amendment Bill 2025 were also passed by the Assembly.
The speaker, Mr Adewale Egbedun said clean copies of the bills would be sent to Governor Ademola Adeleke for assent. (NAN)
