FROM IKHILI EBALU,  BENIN CITY

Leadership of African Democratic Congress, ADC, yesterday hailed the contributions of a former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, following his support for the party.

ADC described Odigie-Oyegun as its number one chieftain in Edo State.

It also pledged to demonstrate its readiness to win the forthcoming bye-election across the country scheduled for August 16.

Speaking in Benin during a well-attended stakeholders meeting held at the residence of Chief Odigie-Oyegun,  who was a former Edo State governor, the National Vice Chairman, South South, ADC, Mr Festus Igbinoba enjoined members to keep faith with the party.

Igbinoba stated that there is no discrimination in the ADC, just as he welcomed all political parties leaders and politicians coming to pitch tent with the party.
