The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the temporary suspension of its recruitment application portal: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Maj. Gen. AM Jibril (rtd), on Monday in Abuja the suspension is part of efforts to optimise the efficiency of the system and enhance user experience.
The portal will reopen on Monday, July 21, 2025.
This measure, the statement noted, is aimed at enabling the platform to handle the high volume of applications and to ensure a smooth, transparent, and credible recruitment process.
The Board expressed appreciation for the overwhelming interest shown by young Nigerians and reaffirmed its commitment to a fair and transparent selection process for service in the nation’s paramilitary agencies.
