Chairmanship: APC Youth Leaders Congratulate Dalori

Youth wing of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have congratulated Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori on his emergence as the Acting National Chairman of the ruling party.

The ruling party announced his appointment last Friday, following the resignation of Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

Dalori, who served as the Deputy National Chairman (North), was directed by President Bola Tinubu to assume the leadership role in acting capacity pending the meeting of the party’s National Executive Committee, NEC, which is being convened immediately to fill the vacancy.

The announcement was contained in a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, on Friday in Abuja. 

According to the statement, Ganduje tendered his resignation with immediate effect in order to attend to “urgent and important personal matters.”

Reacting to his emergence, the APC Youth Leaders under the aegis of National Forum of the 109 APC Senatorial District Youth Leaders, expressed their confidence in Dalori to pilot the affairs of the party in the right direction.

The forum, in a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Harrison Obochi, representing Enugu North Senatorial District, alongside other officials and regional leaders, wished the acting national chairman success, as he repositions the party for more victory.

“Congratulations to Dalori on becoming the Acting National Chairman of APC.

“We, the National Forum of the 109 APC Senatorial District Youth Leaders, wish you success in office and pledge our support. We look forward to working together to advance the party’s ideals and Nigeria’s progress,” the statement said.

Others who signed the statement include the national secretary, Asor Aondohemba Jeremiah (Benue North-West); national publicity secretary, Zakariya Baba Hardawa (Bauchi Central), and the national financial secretary, Chukwutem Nwogor (Delta North).

Others include the national treasurer, Hon. Atiku BD Zauro (Kebbi Senatorial District); national assistant secretary, Ubokobong Udoworen (Akwa Ibom North); Matti Eshinlokkun Bibire (coordinator, South-West); Muhammed (coordinator, North Central); Eriaye Gift Jasper (coordinator, South-South); Mohammed Musa Gulani (coordinator, North-East); Hon. Collins Chijioke Idenyi (coordinator, South-East) and Titus Micah Alkali (coordinator, North-West), as well as the senatorial district leaders.
