All Progressives Congress, APC, Kebbi State chapter has commended Governor Nasir Idris and the State Pilgrims Welfare Board for their strides in transforming hajj operations.
State Chairman of the party, Alhaji Abubakar Kana-Zuru expressed his appreciation for the new developments in the 2024 hajj operation, citing innovations in logistics, accommodation, feeding and overall welfare of pilgrims in the holy land.
He highlighted the orderly conveyance of pilgrims from the airport to their hotels, as well as the close proximity of hotel accommodation to the Prophet’s Mosque, making the pilgrimage experience more convenient and enjoyable.
Kana-Zuru also praised the governor’s choice of Alhaji Faruku Aliyu-Enabo to lead the board, noting the transformative innovations that have been implemented under his leadership.
He emphasised the positive impact of these changes on the welfare and satisfaction of pilgrims.
The chairman called on the people of Kebbi to support the current APC administration, emphasising the importance of unity in facilitating rapid growth and development in the state.
