As Osun State marked her 34th anniversary of creation yesterday, Aare Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa Asejere, Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs, has congratulated the good people of Osun Central in particular, and Osun State in general, on this historic milestone.
In his message made available to newsmen in Osogbo, Aare Asejere extolled the resilience, unity, and unshakable spirit of the people of Osun who, over the years, have continued to make invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the State.
The Osun Central Senatorial hopeful described the administration of Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke as God-fearing, people-centered, and transformational, noting that the Governor’s landmark achievements in infrastructure, education, health, rural development, and good governance have repositioned Osun on the path of glory and sustainable progress.
“Today, Osun shines radiantly at 34, not only because of her rich cultural heritage and resilient people but also because of the purposeful leadership of our Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, whose compassion and vision have restored hope to the citizens”, Aare Asejere said.
He reaffirmed his commitment to continue working with the Governor and the PDP-led administration to deliver more dividends of democracy, particularly at the grassroots, and to ensure that Osun Central plays a central role in the State’s developmental success story.
“On this occasion, I felicitate our people across the State. May Osun continue to flourish in peace, unity, and prosperity as we journey into a greater future together”, he added.
