Member of the Governing Board of the African Aviation and Aerospace University, Abuja,Hon. Chidi Nwogu, has extended warm felicitations to Femi Gbajabiamila on the occasion of his mother’s 96th birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Nwogu paid glowing tribute to Alhaja Lateefat Olufunke Gbajabiamila, describing her as a distinguished community leader, entrepreneur and philanthropist whose life has been marked by service, compassion and trailblazing achievements.
He acknowledged her far-reaching impact on society through her philanthropic interventions, healthcare initiatives, business acumen and exemplary leadership roles over the years.
According to him, her historic emergence as the first female elected local government chairperson in Lagos State remains a shining testament to her courage, resilience and pioneering spirit in public service.
Hon. Chidi Nwogu noted that as the matriarch of the Gbajabiamila family, she has not only been a pillar of strength to her immediate family but also a source of inspiration to many across the nation.
He commended her for raising an outstanding son in Rt. Hon. Gbajabiamila, who has served Nigeria in several strategic capacities, including as Chief of Staff to the President.
He further described her 96th birthday as a remarkable milestone worthy of celebration, reflecting a lifetime devoted to humanity and community development.
While rejoicing with the celebrant and her family, Hon. Nwogu prayed that Almighty God would continue to bless Alhaja Gbajabiamila with good health, renewed strength and many more years of peace, joy and fulfillment.
