NSSF Shooting Range in Abuja Gets Face-lift Ahaed of 3rd National Para Games Events.

The National Shooting Range of the Nigeria Shooting Sport Federation, NSSF, Abuja, has undergone a significant transformation, ahead of the 3rd National Para-Games Events scheduled to hold from Thursday, 26th March to April 4, 2026, at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

The renovation work was carried out by the NSSF ‘s official sponsor, Dapo Olowu, who said it was aimed at elevating the standards of the facility, and improve competitive shooting sports in Nigeria.

He added that the renovated facility would also provide the right ambience for athletes to hone their skills at the forthcoming 3rd National Para-Games at the Country’s Capital.

Dapo noted that the gesture was in line with the blueprint of the Commodore Shettima-led Board of the NSSF to promoting inclusivity and excellence in sports, particularly for athletes.

Thousands of participants, including athletes, coaches, and other accompanying officials, will converge on the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for the one-week-long national sports festival for athletes living with disabilities who will be featuring in various sporting events, including shooting
