Human rights activist and 2023 AAC presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has slammed President Tinubu’s administration, calling it a “bigger disaster” than Buhari’s “catastrophic” government.
In a scathing Facebook post, Sowore said Tinubu’s harsh economic policies, including fuel subsidy removal and naira float, have triggered massive inflation, deepened poverty, and worsened insecurity across Nigeria.
“Buhari’s presidency was a catastrophe,” Sowore said.
“However, Tinubu’s current administration is an even bigger disaster.”
He accused the administration of being “detached from reality,” recycling failed political elites, and turning governance into a “settlement scheme for cronies.”
Sowore warned that unless Nigerians rise up for real change, the suffering will only get worse. As 2027 approaches, he’s positioning himself as the radical alternative to the status quo.
Meanwhile, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has dumped the PDP over “irreconcilable differences,” and is reportedly eyeing a presidential bid under the ADC platform.
