National Forum of the 109 Senatorial Youth Leaders has congratulated Barrister Ismael Ahmed on his appointment as executive chairman of the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative, PCNGI.
The forum in a statement signed by the national coordinator, Hon. Harrison Uchechukwu Ubochi (Ezesinachi Ndigbo); the national secretary, Hon.
