The MA Network, a coordinating platform that galvanizes multiple grassroots support groups for former Bauchi State Governor, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar SAN, has declared that victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and its principal in the 2027 elections is now “sure and non-negotiable” following the successful conclusion of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention 2026.
Speaking to journalists after the convention, the Network’s spokesperson, Dr Aliyu Idris Yusuf, said the convention had strengthened not only party confidence but also the resolve of all aligned support structures working for MA Abubakar across Bauchi State.
“The MA Network is not just a support Network, it is the umbrella platform harmonising several pro-MA political movements, and with this new commitment after the convention, victory for President Tinubu and our principal is certain,” he said.
Yusuf explained that the group is immediately activating a fresh coalition strategy that brings together youth groups, women blocs, community mobilisers, professionals, and ward-level coordinators under one electoral objective: total APC victory in Bauchi.
“What has changed after this convention is the level of determination. We are moving with new energy, renewed unity, and stronger field structures. For us, delivering Bauchi for Tinubu and MA Abubakar is not a matter of speculation; it is a clear political mission that is already in motion,” he stated.
He emphasized that the MA Network’s comparative advantage lies in its ability to coordinate other support groups into one disciplined campaign machinery capable of producing overwhelming block votes for the APC in 2027.
Reaffirming the network’s confidence in MA Abubakar’s governorship bid, Yusuf described the former governor as “the most credible, acceptable, and strategically positioned leader to restore Bauchi’s alignment with national progress.”
He stressed that the people of the state increasingly see MA Abubakar as the trusted figure who can unite diverse interests and convert that unity into electoral strength for the APC.
“Our message to the people is simple: support President Tinubu for continuity at the centre and support MA Abubakar for tested leadership in Bauchi. With the renewed strength after the convention, their victory is sure, secure, and non-negotiable,” he declared.
