NPF Promises Collaboration With  Journalists In Sokoto

Sokoto State Police Commissioner, Ahmad Musa, has emphasised the command’s commitment to work closely with journalists.

He made the statement during a courtesy visit by the executive members of the Correspondents Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, led by its Chairman, Ankeli Emmanuel.

Musa highlighted the importance of information dissemination and expressed his appreciation for the role of the media.

As a former spokesman of the Abuja Police Command, he understands the value of a strong relationship between the police and the press.

The commissioner assured the journalists of an open-door policy, encouraging inputs, informal interactions and social discussions to maintain a smooth working relationship.

He described the media as one of the most friendly outfits and emphasized the critical role they play.
