Coordinator of the National Cash Transfer Programme in Tarauni Local Government Area, Hajiya Halisa Yakasai has announced that more than 487 individuals will benefit from the federal government’s N50,000 cash support initiative.
A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of Tarauni Local Government, Adamu Hotoro, noted that the programme is aimed at alleviating the economic challenges faced by vulnerable citizens, while improving their standard of living.
Yakasai emphasised that the initiative will continue to operate systematically to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive financial assistance promptly and effectively.
The state-level coordinator, Mallam Ismaila reaffirmed the federal government’s commitment to support the less privileged and address socio-economic difficulties through programmes like this.
He urged residents of Tarauni Local Government to cooperate and support the initiative to achieve its intended objectives.
