Commander of Operation Whirl Stroke, Major-General M.K Gara on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the Assistant Inspector- General, AIG, in charge of Zone 4, Makurdi, AIG Zacharia Achinyan.
Speaking during the visit, Major-General Gara acknowledged the crucial role of the police in maintaining law and order.
The commander expressed his willingness to work with the police to enhance security in the state.
Responding, AIG Achinyan commended Gara for his collaborative spirit and reaffirmed his commitment to fight crime.
The meeting which highlighted the importance of inter-agency cooperation in improving security, saw both leaders emphasizing their dedication to working together to address security challenges in the state and country.
