The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the release of the list of successful applicants for its Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 46/2025 recruitment exercise.

The Air Force disclosed that the names of candidates who successfully completed the recruitment process have been published on its official recruitment portal.

The announcement was contained in a public notice shared on the Nigerian Air Force’s official Facebook page on Wednesday and signed by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Headquarters, Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame.

According to the statement, candidates whose names appear on the published list emerged successful after participating in the selection interview conducted as part of the recruitment process.

The successful applicants have been directed to report to the Nigerian Air Force Military Training Centre (MTC), located at the NAF Base in Kaduna, on Sunday, July 19, 2026, where they will begin their military training.

“The Nigerian Air Force hereby informs the general public that the list of successful candidates for the Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 46/2025 Recruitment Exercise has been published on the official Nigerian Air Force Recruitment Portal,” the statement read.

It further stated, “The candidates whose names appear on the published list were successful at the selection interview and are to report to the NAF Military Training Centre (MTC), NAF Base, Kaduna, on Sunday, 19 July 2026, to commence training.”

The Air Force instructed all successful candidates to arrive at the training centre with both the original copies and photocopies of their educational qualifications and other relevant credentials.

Candidates are also expected to come with additional items specified in the official joining instructions available on the recruitment portal.

NAF urged all successful applicants to carefully study the joining instructions before reporting to the training centre to ensure full compliance with all requirements.

The service also used the opportunity to caution applicants and members of the public against falling prey to fraudsters who often exploit recruitment exercises to extort unsuspecting individuals.

It reiterated that recruitment into the Nigerian Air Force is conducted entirely free of charge and warned that no individual or organisation has been authorised to collect money on behalf of the service.

“The Nigerian Air Force reiterates that the recruitment exercise is entirely free of charge. Successful candidates and members of the public are therefore advised to beware of fraudsters and refrain from making any payment to individuals or groups claiming to facilitate recruitment or enlistment into the Nigerian Air Force,” the statement added.

The Air Force advised candidates seeking additional information to visit its official recruitment portal, where the complete list of successful applicants and detailed reporting guidelines have been made available.

NAF emphasised that all official communication regarding the recruitment exercise would only be issued through its verified channels and encouraged applicants to disregard unofficial messages or offers promising assistance in exchange for payment.
