Iran’s Ministry of Health has announced that two days of United States military strikes have resulted in the deaths of 14 people and left 78 others injured.

The casualty figures were disclosed on Thursday by the ministry’s Head of Public Relations, Hossein Kermanpour, in a statement shared on X.

According to Kermanpour, 47 of those injured remain hospitalised and are receiving treatment, while the remaining victims have been discharged after receiving medical care.

He stated, “Of the injured, 47 are still hospitalised and the rest have been discharged after receiving medical care.”

The latest figures provide an official update on the human impact of the recent military action, although further details regarding the identities of the victims or the specific locations affected were not immediately released by Iranian authorities.
