Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Osun Central Senatorial District, Chairman, Hon Babatunde Abesin has called on members of the party in Olobu Ward 02, Ilobu in Irepodun Local Government Area of Osun State to continue to work in synergy as one family to ensure total victory in the forthcoming elections.
Hon Abesin made this call during the official presentation of Hon Akeem Abidemi Alebiosu as the Councillor representing Olobu Ward 02, Ilobu in the coming local government election in the state.
Hon Abesin who congratulated the incoming Councillor, Hon Akeem Abidemi Alebiosu commended all PDP Ward 02 leaders and members for unanimously elected Alebiosu to represent them as their Councillor.
The PDP Osun Central Senatorial District Chairman used the medium to appeal to the incoming Councillor be a good representative and ambassador of the party in his Ward while admonishing him to carry everybody along equally, saying “What is good for the goose is also good for the gander”.
Hon Abesin also charged leaders and members of the party in Ward 02 to regard Alebiosu as their biological son and brother, adding that in case of any misunderstanding, they should invites him and inform him for adequate correction as nobody is perfect except Almighty God.
Hon Abesin further called on PDP members across Osun Central Senatorial District to come together and always work as a team for them to have total victory in the future elections in the area and all over.
Other speakers at the presentation includes, Hon Lateef Olalekan Oseni, and Mr Olaosebikan S.O, who also expressed their satisfaction in the candidacy of Hon Akeem Abidemi Alebiosu whom they believe he is ready to serve the people wholeheartedly while appreciating the leaders and members of the party for demonstrating their unalloyed support to the incoming Councillor.
In his response, Hon Alebiosu who was highly elated appreciated Hon Abesin, Hon Agbofiseti Ismail Akano, Hon Ajibola Taiwo Akeem, Hon Ajibade Sikiru Oluwatoyin, the Mayegun of Ilobu land and the Chairmanship candidate of Irepodun Local Government area as well as Ward members and leaders for their timely and unflinching support to him and the party, promising that he would not let them down throughout his stay in the office.
