22 Years After, Arsenal Lifts Premiership League Trophy

Bournemouth FC yesterday hannded Arsenal the Premiership trophy after 22 years of starvation by holding their rival Manchester City to 1-1 draw at home.

The victorious Arsenal showed a green light by defeating Burnley 1-0 at the Emirates on Monday night to close-in on winning her Premier League title after 22 years.

Burnley resisted Mikel Arteta’s men until Kai Havertz rose highest to head in Bukayo Saka’s corner just before halftime.
