Customs Ladies Thrash COAS Spikers 3–0 to Win 2025 NVBF Super Cup in Abuja

The Nigeria Customs Service women’s volleyball team, Customs Ladies, delivered a dominant performance to emerge champions of the 2025 Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) Super Cup after defeating Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Spikers 3–0 in the final held in Abuja.

The championship match, played on Saturday at the Indoor Sports Hall of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, brought the week-long tournament—which began on Monday—to a thrilling conclusion, as Customs Ladies showcased their superiority from start to finish.

Customs Ladies wasted no time asserting control, cruising to an emphatic 25–8 victory in the first set. 

They maintained the momentum in the second set, overpowering COAS Spikers 25–15 with sharp attacks and disciplined defence.

The third set provided more resistance from the Army side, but Customs Ladies remained composed and clinical, sealing the match with a 25–10 win to complete a flawless straight-sets triumph.

The victory crowns Customs Ladies as the undisputed champions of the 2025 NVBF Super Cup, underlining their status as one of the dominant forces in Nigerian women’s volleyball.
