Ex–FCT Minister, Aliyu Lauds Gov. Ododo On Two Years Of Purposeful Leadership

Former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, has commended Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on completing two years of what she described as “purposeful leadership.”

Aliyu, in a congratulatory message on Tuesday, expressed joy and renewed hope at the progress the state has witnessed under Ododo’s administration, highlighting his commitment to stability, inclusive development, and people-centred governance.

She noted that the governor’s leadership has strengthened confidence in Kogi’s future, emphasising that the milestone represents more than just a passage of time.

According to Aliyu, the two-year anniversary underscores continuity, responsibility, and service, setting the stage for even greater achievements and deeper unity among the people of the state.

In her statement, she said: “I heartily congratulate His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, on the milestone of two impactful years in office. As a proud daughter of Kogi soil, I celebrate this moment with joy, and a sense of renewed hope.”

Aliyu also praised the resilience, courage, and progressive spirit of Kogi people, which she said has been reflected in the governor’s administration, signaling a bright future for the state.

She therefore wished the governor continued success, calling for lasting prosperity for every Kogite across towns, villages, and generations.
