RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Šeško is reportedly “ready to fly” to Manchester to complete his medical at Manchester United, with the final green light from both clubs expected imminently.
The Red Devils launched their first official offer for the Slovenia international on Tuesday, seizing the opportunity as Sesko made clear his desire to join the Premier League giants.
Reports indicate that Sesko has reached a full agreement with Manchester United on personal terms, with a contract set to run until June 2030. The 21-year-old is said to have shown no interest in offers from other clubs, reinforcing his preference for a move to Old Trafford.
A report on X stated:“Full agreement in place between Benjamin Šeško and Manchester United, as previously revealed. He is ready to sign a contract running until at least 2030 — with both #MUFC and #NUFC informed. Manchester United are pushing to close the deal in the next hours.”
According to CentreDevils, the striker is currently “awaiting the green light to travel to Manchester for medical tests and to sign his contract.”
The report adds that talks between Manchester United and RB Leipzig have “progressed significantly,” with the structure of performance-related add-ons now being finalised between the two clubs.
