Borno State governor, Professor Babagana Zulum has signed the 2025 budget amounting to N615.857 billion into law.
The signing ceremony took place Monday at the Government House, Maiduguri.
The budget, initially proposed by Governor Zulum on December 9, 2024, at N584.76 billion, was reviewed and subsequently approved by the Assembly following thorough deliberations.
The revised figure of N615.857 billion is to enhance the state’s recovery and continuity efforts in various sectors.
