Zinariyan Lokoja, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has celebrated a former Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Dakuku Adol Peterside on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
Dr Aliyu who made this known in a statement, described Dr Peterside as an administrator par excellence, highlighting his impacts.
