Member representing Fika/Fune Federal Constituency of Yobe State, Engr Muhammad Jajere has commissioned a block of six classrooms at Gadaka Community in Fika Local Government Area.
The lawmaker said the school had played a pivotal role in the educational development of several residents.
He, however, regretted that it had suffered infrastructural decay and vandalism over the years.
The lawmaker noted that the well-equipped classrooms are part of his commitment to revitalise the school’s legacy and reaffirm that education remains the cornerstone of a progressive society.
Underscoring the importance of education, Jajere pledged his continued priority by according it the needed attention and uplift its quality in the constituency.
He added that similar projects would take place in all parts of the constituency in addition to his existing strides in educational development
The lawmaker urged the management of the school to put the structure to effective use in line with the purpose of the project.
Also, speaking, a resident of Gadaka town commended the lawmaker for the credible representation he is providing for the people of Fika/Fune since he was elected.
