We Get All Our Medications From Food Crops – Phytomedicine Researcher

A researcher in Phytomedicine, Professor Benjamin Amodu has extolled alternative medicine saying he gets all his medications from food crops.

Amodu said this while speaking with journalists at his Alternative Medicines Hospital in Wuse Zone 6, Abuja.

“We get all our medicines from our food crops and our vegetables and it has been very fantastic because that’s what we use to cure and save our patients that are suffering from various chronic diseases.

“For instance, we had a patient we treated for HIV. The day they brought her here, she was emaciated and confused. She could not eat, and was coughing profusely but when they gave her our drug, she told us herself that by evening she began to regain appetite and gradually began to get stabilised.

“Her testimony is on my Web page. So let us re-evaluate ourselves. God has given us everything from the garden of Eden . We have all we need to solve our problems.

“All that is left is the research and that is where we are now standing in the gap to do the research.
Recall that during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Prof Amodu had written to the government through the ministries of Health and of Science and Technology informing them of his cure even before Nigeria recorded its index case.

And although the government didn’t follow through with it, several patients from Nigeria and abroad contacted him for treatment and were all cured as there was no casualty recorded.

“I wrote a letter to the government informing them of my cure and personally took samples to them, but the government looked the other way. Instead they decided to patronize another country.

“I expect that all those who suggested that they should buy from Madagascar should have resigned their appointments, because I heard a lot of them were making comments behind that they should go and get truckloads of the medicine from Madagascar.

“Those truckloads cost 11 million Euro of Nigeria’s hard earned money yet they have now been destroyed because they’re not fit for human consumption, but they can see our own curing the same thing and it is all over the Internet.

“As a country, we must consider the coming in of alternative medicine as Ghana, Liberia, Cuba, India, China, Australia , Canada, the United States of America and other countries of the world have done.

“My happiness is that we’ll continue to talk and those who have issues will continue to trace us and come and solve their problems here.

“That is the good thing about the work we do. It will always speak for itself,” he concluded.
