Soludo Urges Corps Members To Embrace ‘Buy Nigeria Products’ Campaign

Anambra State Gov, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has encouraged the new Corps members in the state to embrace buy-Nigeria Products Campaign of his administration as a way to growing local enterprise and domestic economy.

Soludo made the call in a message to the opening of Orientation for Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 National Youth Service Corps,NYSC, Orientation Course in Anambra.

Soludo, who was represented by Dr Martin Agbili, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth Development, said the vision of his government was  to make the state a liveable and prosperous homeland.

He said the government was constructing 2,400km of fibre optic for free wifi across the state for internet connection to address difficulties in connectivity anywhere in Anambra.

“My administration has articulated a deep rooted policy towards the youths which corps members deployed to the state benefit. 

“We have so many youth enterprise development programmes that you should take maximum advantage of to better your lives during your service year”, he said.

The Governor encouraged the corps members to embrace buy-Nigeria campaign of his administration as a way to growing local enterprise and domestic economy.

He urged them to key into the various empowerment programmes of his administration including the  Solution Innovation District through which about 20,000 youths had been empowered.
