House of Representatives yesterday announced Isiaka Ibrahim as the new Deputy Chief Whip, replacing late Adewumi Onanuga who died on January 15.
Speaker Tajudeen Abass disclosed this during plenary in Abuja, yesterday.
The speaker congratulate Ibrahim, even as he expressed optimism in his ability to serve effectively for the betterment of the green chamber and the populace at large.
The new deputy chief whip hails from Ogun State and doubles as the chairman, House Committee on National Planning and Economic Development.
