Zinariya of Lokoja, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has congratulated Abdullahi Bello on his appointment as Chairman of the Governing Board, Agricultural Research and Rural Management Training Institute, Ilorin, by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
