Veteran musician and activist Charly Boy has taken a swipe at former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, stating that no politician in Nigeria is innocent.
His remarks came in response to recent controversies surrounding El-Rufai, prompting the outspoken entertainer to share his blunt opinion on political leadership in the country.
In a social media post, Charly Boy, known for his fearless criticism of politicians, told El-Rufai to “park well,” implying that he should step back from portraying himself as blameless.
He further emphasized that Nigerian leaders, past and present, have contributed to the nation’s struggles, and none can claim to be entirely upright.
Charly Boy’s comments have sparked discussions online, with mixed reactions from Nigerians. While some supported his stance, others argued that some politicians have made genuine efforts toward progress.
However, the activist remains firm in his position, continuing to call for accountability in governance.
