NAOWA President Commissions Secretariat In Jos

The President of Nigeria Army Officers Wives Association, NAOWA, Mrs Salamatu Yahaya has commissioned a new Secretariat at Maxwell Khobe Cantonment in Jos.

In her keynote remarks, the President NAOWA stated that barely 14 months ago, she commissioned the NAOWA Skills Acquisition Centre in the Cantonment and thereafter laid the foundation for the NAOWA Secretariat and is indeed pleased to be in the Cantonment for the opening and commissioning of the secretariat.

She applauded the Chairperson NAOWA 3 Division Chapter Mrs Hauwa Sa’id Ali for a job well done and for setting a standard worthy of emulating. The NAOWA President mentioned that the Chairperson’s legacies are pointers of loyalty, service to humanity, and alignment with the vision of “Sustaining Legacies and Upholding the Tenets of Unity and Service.”

Earlier in her remarks, the Chairperson NAOWA 3 Division Chapter, Mrs Hauwa Sa’id Ali stated that the zeal to embark on the project was borne out of her resolve to key into the exemplary leadership style of the NAOWA President.

Highpoints of the commissioning ceremony include the presentation of the award of Excellence to Mrs Hauwa Sa’id Ali by the President NAOWA.
