Miss Property Tourism, Dr Zara Abubakar To Be Crowned Queen Of Real Estate

In a move to redefine the face of real estate and tourism in Nigeria, the Real Estate Innovation and Investment Carnival proudly has announced the coronation ceremony of Miss Property Tourism, Dr Zara Fatima Abubakar, as the Queen of Real Estate.

The landmark event, scheduled for 14th of February 2025 at the Digital Economy Training Institute, Silverbird Galleria, marks the official inauguration of an ambassadorial role that symbolises innovation, cultural pride, and industry excellence.

According to a statement by the Real Estate Innovation and Investment Carnival, Miss Property Tourism, Dr Zara, was carefully selected for her outstanding contributions to the promotion of real estate and tourism. 

”Her dynamic presence, expertise, and dedication to celebrating Nigeria’s unique blend of modern property development and rich cultural heritage have positioned her as the ideal figurehead to lead the transformation of Nigeria’s real estate landscape,” the statement read in parts.

Project Manager of the Real Estate Innovation and Investment Carnival, Ossai Ilome emphasised the importance of crowning Miss Property Tourism as the Queen of Real Estate, adding that it is a game-changing moment for the industry.

“Her role will extend beyond mere representation; she will be a catalyst for elevating property tourism, vintage properties, inspiring innovation, and creating a bridge between traditional values and modern investment opportunities,” said Ilome.

The event will feature a series of high-profile activities, including a ceremonial crowning, keynote addresses by industry leaders, and interactive sessions designed to engage both local and international stakeholders. 

As Queen of Real Estate, Dr Zara will spearhead promotional campaigns, participate in exclusive panel discussions, and serve as a key influencer in advancing sustainable practices and technology trends in the real estate sector.

Industry experts note that such initiatives not only enhance brand visibility but also foster a renewed interest in Nigeria’s potential as a real estate hub in Africa. 

The coronation is expected to generate significant media interest and catalyze investment opportunities, reinforcing Nigeria’s commitment to innovation and excellence in property development.
