The Etsi Nupe , Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar has warned the warring Kopako communities to embrace peace and desist from any action that will undermine the peace of the community.

Although peace is gradually returning to the community following the strong warmings from the ETSU Yahaya, the crisis over the village head tussle in Kopako community have been giving the Etsu Nupe concern
Aljazirah Nigeria gathered that the crisis manifested after the death of the last village head, Mallam Muhammed Kuso Gana who died in March 2024 which after the death supposed to be the turn of Zhitsu Gbogbo rulling house to ascend the throne but due to shaddy deals of some personalities Alh Mohammed Yisa of Zhitsu Yisa compound was unilaterally installed and was subsequently removed by the ETSU NUPE yet the supporters of the dethroned village head continue to mount pressure causing unwarranted trouble against the wish of the Emir.
It would be recalled that during the meeting between the two factions the Emir directed that Alh Mohammed Yisa be removed and replaced by the rightful person from Zhitsu Gbogbo rulling house and also asked them to strictly adhered to the rotational ascension as established by the palace.
In an interview with the District head of Doko Alh Mohammed Majigi, the over 94 years old traditional ruler in charge of the Village heads in the area confirmed that no body notified him about the previous crisis only recently, explained that the Emir have sent a powerful delegation to him with a strong warnings to the wearing factions,”said he wouldn’t mind to remove any traditional ruler involved in the crisis.
The District head assured that with the recent warning by the Emir he is optimistic that there will not be any attack by any of the faction, adding that the village head tussle will finally be put to rest if the ETSU NUPE Alh Yahaya Abubakar return from his trip abroad.
